The staff and board of directors of Evergreen, a United Neighbourhood, wish to acknowledge and thank our benefactor, Perry Miele and his family, for our largest donation in our history.
THE GIFT AND ITS PURPOSE
This agreement formalizes the Donor’s total commitment of a $100,000 gift (the “Gift”) to the Organization. The Organization will use this Gift to support Evergreen, a United Neighbourhood, annual programs and initiatives as specified by the Executive Director, Linda Bruins.
FUNDING
The Donor agrees to pay Evergreen United (Charitable Registration No. 82400 3958 RR001), the Gift as follows:
- Four (4) installments of $25,000, according to the following schedule:
- July 1, 2025
- July 1, 2026
- July 1, 2027
- July 1, 2028
The Gift is subject to the following conditions:
- Linda Bruin holds the position of Executive Director for the entire donation period;
- The Organization’s purpose does not change in a material way;
- The Organization’s charitable mandate of providing the children and youth of Simpson Ogden community with a safe haven, mentorship, food, and support services.
- Subject to annual review
As a token of our appreciation, we dedicate the main floor to the Perry Miele and family plaque as a reminder and gratitude for the funding received.
